Time Paradigm Technique

You will be surprised how quickly they are released with this technique.

Many other forms of therapy require you to explore the event in detail which can be very upsetting and could even prevent you from seeking help in the first place.

There is no better or faster technique than TPT to remove unwanted negative emotions, gain emotional freedom, delete limiting beliefs and learn how to visualise your future so it is exciting and compelling for you.

How does it work?

TPT uses your own internal “timeline” in conjunction with your unconscious mind and your ability to “visualise” your life as a series of events which are along a timeline. If you can “imagine”, then you can do this! It is a very simple technique.

Your “timeline” is how you unconsciously store your memories or how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future.

The technique is built on the principle that since birth, we store all our emotions in links, a bit like your mobile phone stores images on your phone in a timeline grouped by date, or by place. Imagine each emotion has its own chain, and every time you experience that same emotion, it tags that emotion to the corresponding chain in your memory.

All the memories of anger are “filed” together in our brain, all the memories of sadness are “filed” together and so on.

When we complete this technique for each negative emotion, instead of just deleting one emotional experience, it deletes them all, like a chain of pearls linked together, or “gestalts” as they’re officially known, when you break the chain at the very beginning at the very first time you experienced that emotion, all the pearls come off.

This doesn’t delete the memory of the events, because those memories are important for us to keep, as they help us understand who we are today. The technique simply releases the emotional charge connected to that event.

You might be thinking that you can’t remember the “first time” you experienced any of these negative emotions and that is normal because we experienced most of these emotions for the first time when we were babies or small children and it’s not possible to “consciously” recall those events.

That’s why we work with your unconscious mind instead!

There are 3 scientific reasons to help explain why the emotions disappear:

  • Psychological – based on the work of Leslie Cameron-Bandler in Emotional Hostage, 1987, and Alfred Korzybski, Science and Sanity, 1933, all emotions require time to express their meaning, so a switch in the temporal perspective reframes the emotion. The emotion is “reframed”, and so it disappears.
  • Metaphysical – based on metaphysical thinking there is only one real emotion on the planet – All the negative emotions are derivatives of fear and are an illusion, so a switch in the temporal perspective shows the emotion to be the illusion that it is, and it disappears.
  • Quantum physics (non-mirror image reverse) – based on the work of quantum physics and calculus, the position on the timeline known as position 3 is the non-mirror image reverse of the way the emotion is held in “now”. So, position 3 is the multi-dimensional neurological opposite of “now”. What happens is that this position acts like anti-matter, and the neurological boundaries of the emotion in the body get blown out and they disappear.

During the process of TPT we take each of the 5 main negative emotions and work through the same process one by one starting with anger, then moving on to sadness, fear hurt and guilt.

Even if you don’t think that you have one or two of these emotions to release, we work on all 5 of them and it is often surprising when you complete the process of what can show up!

Of course, there are other emotions too, and we after we have completed the main 5 negative emotions we can work through more if you think there are any.

After we have released all emotional baggage from the past, we then move on to working through your limiting beliefs using the same process. Most clients will get the results they want in around 5 hours.

Why is it so important to release negative emotions attached to the past?

Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) studies, examine the way that emotions can affect our physical health, and they indicate that the effect of unresolved negative emotions is that these emotions are “trapped” inside us and can lead to the development of symptoms of illness in the physical body.
