Typically, most clients work with me for around 12-18 hours and this is usually over a period of 2-3 months.

Each coaching session usually lasts around 2 hours, however, there are a couple of very powerful techniques which require the session to last up to 3 hours to complete the process effectively.

The standard rate per hour, applies to all individual hours booked.
