How would you like to overcome your anxieties, boost your self-esteem and improve relationships in just one session?

That’s what happens for many of my clients! Even one session can dramatically change the way that you look at a situation. It’s like getting sudden clarity or being able to focus exactly on what the issue is and then overcome it immediately!

Before I meet my clients for the first time, they have usually given me an idea of the areas of their life that they want help in, although it’s not until I meet them that I can make an assessment of just how many sessions they would benefit from to overcome or solve their concerns.

My aim is to help everyone in as fast a time frame as possible, and I am very honest about the exact number of sessions I think they need, and even during the programme, if someone has made the changes already, then they can take a refund on any remaining sessions.

As much as I would love everyone to sign up for my maximum length programmes, there is nothing more satisfying than me knowing and my client knowing that by the end of their first session they are happy and don’t feel the need for any further sessions!

What kind of issues or presenting problems can be overcome in one session?

Any anxiety or concern relating to one issue or specific area of your life can usually be helped in one session of two or three hours. It could be a relationship concern, or a situation at home or work which is causing acute anxiety or stress.

I have helped several athletes overcome mental blockages and anxiety and return to peak performance in just one session!

Children can often be helped in just one session, where the issue may be lack of confidence in school, shyness, anxiety or various other presenting problems.

Children don’t carry so much ‘mental baggage’ and have less inhibitions and barriers to change, so using the techniques and suggestions can be a really fast and effective way to overcome most difficulties in one session.


If there are several issues you would like to work on or are complex in nature, then I will recommend one of my programmes.

How can you make changes so fast in a single session?

I use several clever techniques which help clients to re-frame their problem through a series of questions which gives them a shift in perspective until an ‘a-ha’ moment occurs. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change!

It was the first time for me to open up to a stranger so I was a little hesitant, but you made me feel comfortable to express how I was feeling.

Was it more or less formal than you expected or about the same?

It was the same as I expected not more or less formal. Just right.

How likely would you be to recommend getting help from a coach to your friends, family or colleagues?

I would because you were honest.

What types of issues/presenting problems do you think a coach might be able to help with (other than the topic which you came to get help with)?

Perhaps help the person gain confidence in themselves, understand their self-worth, perhaps also help them start them off on the right path for them.

How easy did it feel to talk about your presenting problem?

Super easy because you weren’t judgemental.

Did you feel any judgement about any of the topics you discussed?

None at all 🙂

How many sessions or hours did it take until you felt your issue was resolved?

Only one session! 🙂 the rest is up to me to take care of.

How did you feel at the end of your session compared to the start of your session?

I felt relieved and happy that I understood myself more.

How easy was it to understand the topics, explanations or questions that were asked of you?

Super easy.


How long was it from the moment you decided you wanted to get help (or felt like you needed to get help), until the time that you made contact?

I was always thinking about this. I wasn’t sure if it was really an issue or not until recently.

Are you happy that you contacted someone impartial and independent to discuss your situation?

Yes I was happy because it’s good to get a different point of view from someone who doesn’t necessarily know you.

After your initial consultation, were you given an honest assessment of how many follow up/further sessions you would require?


What was your overall experience of the session?

Very good.
